Warranty and Support Service

Our company has a Bus bar Maintenance Service Department, which carries out:

  1. Post-installation equipment acceptance;
  2. Planned facility service inspections during operation, comprising:
    • visual checks;
    • heat monitoring;
    • operational wear analysis of bus bar assemblies;
    • acoustic monitoring. 
  3. Execution and submission of heat monitoring report to the Operating Department
  4. Submission of the Service Department's recommendations
  5. Technical consultations on the equipment repair and replacement issues.

Our specialists’ visit is free of charge during the warranty period, and technical support is provided during the whole lifecycle of the equipment supplied.
